About
Dr. Jesse Worsham is a psychiatrist based in Southlake, TX who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults, ages 4 - 65. He is board-certified in both general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry, and specializes in attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma. He is passionate about mental health and providing relief for his patients.
Dr. Worsham attended medical school and completed his residency training in general psychiatry at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and completed his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at UT Southwestern. He is committed to providing excellent psychiatric care to his patients and believes in taking time to understand and know his patients in order to develop an individualized treatment plan. Alongside medication recommendations, he implements a holistic treatment approach including therapy, lifestyle changes and behavioral plans. He values the family-centered approach, developing plans with the family and patient, keeping their values in mind.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, playing board games, gardening, traveling, and exploring coffee shops.

Initial consultations (1 to 1.5 hours) – $400 to $600
Follow-up visits (30 to 45 minutes) – $200 to $300
Dr. Worsham accepts credit card through the patient portal, which may be submitted prior to your appointment.
New Patient Intake Forms
Please complete the patient intake forms prior to your first appointment. It will provide important background information for your initial meeting. These will be available directly through the patient portal on ChARM Health.
Insurance Policy
Dr. Worsham does not currently accept any insurance and would be considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies.
If you choose to submit claims for reimbursement, Dr. Worsham will provide you with the needed documentation of services provided. Please note that Medicare beneficiaries are not permitted to submit claims for out-of-network providers.
Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled by 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment the charge is the same as the standard appointment fee and will be billed at the time of the appointment.
*Patients can communicate with Dr. Worsham for non-urgent issues via secure message using our patient portal via ChARM Health or Spruce.
